If your item is in stock, please allow Gravisca 3 - 5 business days to process your order.
Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays - we appreciate your patience during this time!
Once shipped, a tracking number is generated to follow your order’s journey home.
Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are shipped via UPS, which offers 5-7 days of delivery and requires a signature on delivery.

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the US.

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we do not reship the returned package.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Gravisca will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 
Once shipped, Gravisca does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe, Gravisca will assist you to open a case enquiry with UPS.

Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the estimated arrival date - please refer to individual product information.


We operate on a print-on-demand service, which means your t-shirts will be freshly printed after you order from us. Therefore, please refer to the following policies carefully before making a purchase.
To be eligible for a free replacement, please make sure that:
• The product was received in the last 30 days.
• The product has the problems we describe below.
Important note: Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.

1. Order Modifications
You cannot modify your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 1 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color change). 
We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we finish printing the product and ship it out (this process takes an average of 3-5 days). Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Damaged/Incorrect/Low-quality Products
We guarantee to issue you a free replacement in the following situations:
• the design was poorly printed;
• you received a different size from what you ordered;
• you received a different product from what you ordered;
• products missing or damaged.
Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

3. Returns
Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. Please send us a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and include the order number. As soon as we have confirmed it, we will issue you a replacement.

4. Order not delivered
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement order. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.).
• You will receive your replacement order confirmation within 5 business days. After that, please kindly allow us at most 5 more days of fulfillment before we can send you a new tracking number.
